2. About Doctor360
Doctor360 is a New Zealand-based telehealth clinic providing healthcare services through qualified medical professionals. Our services may include medical consultations, health assessments, referrals, pathology requests, prescriptions, health education, and related healthcare services.
3. Not an Emergency Service
Doctor360 is not an emergency medical service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or require urgent medical attention, call 111 immediately or attend your nearest emergency department.
Doctor360 is not intended to replace emergency care or ongoing management provided by your regular healthcare provider where appropriate.
4. Telehealth Services
Doctor360 provides healthcare services through telephone, video consultation, electronic communication, and other digital platforms.
While telehealth is suitable for many healthcare needs, it may not be appropriate for every condition. Our clinicians may determine that an in-person consultation, physical examination, specialist referral, or additional testing is required before advice or treatment can be provided.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to telehealth services and are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Inform your clinician of relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and health conditions.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality and suitability of medical advice or treatment provided.

Appointments are subject to availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide reasonable notice where possible.

Payment may be required before or at the time services are provided.
Additional fees may apply for certain services, including but not limited to:

Clinicians may decline requests where they consider it clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with professional standards or legal requirements.
9. Test Results and Follow-Up Care
